One of the
greatest things you can give a person to rehabilitate them back into
the community is a job. The pA Job Placement division helps place
disabled individuals into good jobs with fair pay, matching their
employment needs. This is a three-step process. First, pA educates
employers that disabled people can work just as well as any able
bodied person in many different jobs. Second, we train disabled
people on the employer expectations and interview skills. Once a
candidate is training and matched with an employer, he or she can
begin to live a life of independance as earner in their family. Some
of our candidates have been placed with companies like Shell Oil,
Barista Coffee, Coffee Day, Pizza Hut, M.P.P. Technologies, Easiprocess, and Food World grocery stores.
